Manisha Rai

Manisha provides accounting, assurance, and tax compliance services to privately held businesses, individuals, and non-profit organizations. She has experience working with clients across a range of industries, including property and casualty (P&C) insurance, real estate and construction, agriculture and food processing, and professional services. She is also a member of Smythe’s Technology Niche Group. 

Within Smythe’s Accounting & Assurance Group, Manisha is actively involved in staff development, recruiting, and CPA student mentoring, as well as providing in-house training to support the professional growth of team members. 

Manisha joined Smythe in 2019 after completing her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of the Fraser Valley. She brings prior experience working with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). 

Outside of work, Manisha enjoys traveling, shopping, exploring new eateries, and spending time at Vancouver’s beaches.
