Anita Kong

Anita provides accounting, assurance, and advisory services to non-profit organizations, pension and benefit plans, and privately held businesses. She works with clients across the real estate and construction and manufacturing industries, offering practical insight and technical expertise to support their operational and reporting needs. 

Within Smythe, Anita is a member of the Pension and Benefit Plans Niche Group and the firm’s templates team, where she helps develop and maintain Smythe’s assurance templates. She is also actively involved in student training, mentorship, and in-house professional development for staff. 

Anita holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the UBC Sauder School of Business. She joined Smythe in 2018 and achieved her CPA designation in 2021. 

Outside of work, Anita enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
