Donna Lee

At Smythe, Donna provides assurance, advisory and tax services to private companies in various industries, including real estate, retail, hospitality and investment. Within Smythe, Donna is a team coordinator for the private company assurance group and is active in staff mentoring and development.

Born and raised in Dunedin, New Zealand, Donna moved to Canada and joined Smythe in 2012. She graduated from the University of Otago in 2007 with a Bachelor of Commerce and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Donna obtained her Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designation in Canada in September 2013 after successfully completing the necessary reciprocal requirements.

Outside of work, Donna enjoys travelling to new places, going to the gym and spending time with her family.
