Manisha Rai

At Smythe, Manisha primarily focuses on providing accounting, assurance, and tax compliance services to privately owned companies across various industries, including property and casualty insurance, real estate and construction, and private enterprises. She also plays an active role in student recruitment and leading Smythe’s CFE preparation program.

Manisha joined Smythe in 2019 after completing her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of the Fraser Valley. She passed her CFE in September 2021 and is working towards obtaining her CPA designation. She previously worked at both the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Canada Border Services Agency.

Outside of work, Manisha enjoys traveling, shopping, trying out new eateries, and taking advantage of Vancouver’s many beaches.
