Manisha Rai

Manisha joined Smythe in 2019 after completing her Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of the Fraser Valley. At Smythe, she primarily focuses on providing accounting, assurance and tax compliance services to privately owned companies, across a range of industries that includes property and casualty insurance, real estate and construction, and private enterprises. She also plays an active role in student recruitment and in leading Smythe’s CFE preparation program. She passed her CFE in September 2021 and is working towards obtaining her CPA designation. She previously worked at both the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Canada Border Services Agency. Outside of work, Manisha enjoys traveling, shopping, trying out new eateries and taking advantage of the many beaches Vancouver has to offer.
