Rashmini Lokuliyanage

Rashmini specializes in providing assurance, accounting, taxation, and management consultancy services. For over 13 years, she has worked with private companies and international NGOs in Sri Lanka and Maldives. At Smythe, Rashmini is a Manager of the Assurance team and provides assurance services to junior mining companies. Within Smythe, Rashmini is involved with conducting training and coaching junior staff members.

Born and raised in Sri Lanka, Rashmini moved to Canada in 2022 and joined the Smythe team in early 2023. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). In 2015, she obtained her master’s degree in Business Administration and also has bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and Applied Accounting.

Outside of work, Rashmini enjoys engaging with her community, traveling, as well as spending time with family and friends.
