Sherry Shi

Sherry provides accounting, assurance, tax compliance, and advisory services to privately held businesses, individuals, and trusts. She specializes in clients within the technology, real estate and construction, construction, and professional services industries. Sherry is an active member of Smythe’s Real Estate and Construction Niche Group, where she contributes her industry expertise through client engagements and professional insights. She has also written articles featured in real estate blogs and for Landlord BC. 

Sherry graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting concentration) and obtained her CPA designation in 2020. She completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program in August 2025. Since joining Smythe in 2017, Sherry has built strong client relationships through her technical expertise and commitment to delivering exceptional service. 

Outside of work, Sherry enjoys travelling, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
