Edwina Cai

Edwina primarily focuses on providing accounting, assurance and tax advisory services to non-profit organizations and private companies. She specializes in a variety of industries including charities, unions and benefit plans, agriculture, and technology. Within Smythe, Edwina is active in student mentorship and development and provides in-house training courses for staff. She is also the team coordinator for the private company audit team, a member of the Non-Profit Organization group, and the Unions, Pensions and Benefits group.

Edwina was born and raised in Greater Vancouver and attended Simon Fraser University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours degree with a concentration in accounting. She joined Smythe in January 2015 and obtained her CPA designation in May 2018.

Outside of work, Edwina enjoys spending time with family, reading, and trying new foods.
