Daniel Lau

Daniel provides accounting, audit, assurance, and advisory services to public companies. At Smythe, he specializes in various industries including mining, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals. He also has experience working with companies in the following industries: financial services, real estate, engineering, hospitality and entertainment, forestry, and agriculture.

Daniel completed his undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia in 2017 and received his CPA designation in 2021. Prior to joining Smythe, he worked at PwC and Grant Thornton.

When he’s not working, Daniel enjoys playing basketball, soccer, and the guitar.
