Jun Son

At Smythe, Jun is a member of the Assurance team and specializes in various industries such as real estate and construction, manufacturing, forestry and logging, working with privately held business and individuals. Some recent projects he has been a part of at Smythe involved external control services and resolving GST and payroll issues for small business owners. Jun also plays an active role in the mentorship of new hires at the Firm.  

Jun was born and raised in Korea and served in the Korean army for two years and has experience as a real estate agent in Vancouver. He graduated from Simon Fraser University with an Economics degree and a Diploma in Accounting Program from the University of British Columbia which he completed in 2019. He achieved his CPA designation in 2023.

Jun currently serves on a non-profit board at the church he attends. In his spare time, Jun likes to golf, travel and spend time with family and friends.
