Nicholas Chan

At Smythe, Nicholas is a member of the Canadian Tax team and works primarily with individuals and privately held businesses. Some recent projects he has worked on involved trust and estate planning, and corporate reorganizations.  

Nicholas was born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., and was a co-op student in the Canadian Tax team with Smythe in January 2020. He completed his undergraduate degree in 2021 at the University of British Columbia and obtained his CPA designation in 2023. At Smythe, Nicholas is also involved in annual training for tax compliance, and mentoring junior tax staff.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys running and café hopping.
