Scott Kennedy

Scott has a wide range of experience in personal, trust and corporate tax. At Smythe, he is a member of the Canadian Tax team. He focuses on providing tax planning and compliance services to individuals and privately-owned businesses. Scott has also been involved with providing estate planning, corporate reorganizations, and pre-sale planning.

Scott graduated from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and obtained his CPA designation in 2020. After spending three years in the tax department of a national firm, he joined Smythe in 2019. Scott has also completed Levels I and II of the In-Depth Tax Program.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with his dog.
