Shannon Beers

At Smythe, Shannon provides accounting, assurance, tax and advisory services to individuals, non-profit organizations, and private companies. Shannon works on review engagements, compiled financial engagements and corporate and personal taxes. She specializes in the insurance, professional services, and real estate industries. Within Smythe, Shannon is actively involved with recruitment and staff development.

Shannon graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science. After completing the Diploma in Accounting Program at BCIT, she worked at an accounting start-up in Vancouver. In 2015, she joined Smythe and obtained her CPA designation in 2017.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys hiking, travelling, and spending time with her family.
