Sourabh Gupta

Sourabh primarily works with privately held businesses and individuals and is involved with assurance and tax compliance services within the Assurance team. At Smythe he specializes in real estate and construction, personal real estate corporations, professional services and private enterprises. During the busy season he manages the T-slips pool. He also plays an active role in training new accountants joining the firm and mentoring junior staff members. He is also involved in student recruitment and regularly represents Smythe at networking events.

Sourabh was born in India and completed his undergraduate degree from Langara College in 2018. Prior to Smythe, he worked in small accounting firms in Vancouver for four years before joining Smythe in 2022. He achieved his CPA designation in 2024.

Outside of work, Sourabh enjoys road trips to national parks in Canada and the United States, hiking, kayaking, traveling with friends and family and watching Netflix.
